DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery of Home Accessories, Fragrances and Bodycare products.
Standard Delivery £4.95 - Despatched within 2-4 working days. Sent with a courier, a signature is required.
Next Day Delivery £9.95 - Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched on the same day for next working day delivery. The order will be sent with a courier, a signature is required. (UK only). Orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Please note we cannot deliver at weekends or public holidays or to PO addresses. Certain destinations can take a little longer.
All deliveries will be made via a courier service where a signature is required. Please ensure there is somebody at the specified delivery address who can provide this.
If you should miss your scheduled delivery, a notification card will be left by the courier and delivery reattempted the following day. This will happen for 3 consecutive working days unless they are instructed by the recipient or by Kenneth Turner to hold for a future delivery - or collection can be made from depot. Should the courier be unable to deliver after 3 attempts, the order will be automatically returned to us.
In these cases Kenneth Turner reserves the right to charge the customer for any return or re send costs we may incur.
Kenneth Turner cannot be held responsible for late/failed deliveries for reasons outside of our control e.g. in cases of adverse weather conditions.

SCOTLAND, IRELAND & OVERSEAS ORDERS
For any orders from Scotland, Ireland and overseas, please email info@kennethturner.com or call 0844 567 1000 with your requirements and address and we will advise delivery costs. If you are overseas, we will inform you if one of our international distributors can process your order.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Your Right To Cancel: You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns Policy: 30-day money back promise. If you are not entirely delighted with your order for any reason, you may return the items to us within 30 days for a full, no questions asked, refund.
Provided the goods are returned complete with original packaging, unused, and in their original condition, we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return products to us, please return the despatch note that comes with your order, marking on this the reason for your return, whether you would like an exchange or refund, and your telephone number so we can contact you on receipt of the returned goods.

Please take care to ensure that the returned goods are properly sealed and include the original paperwork. Please note we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or damaged.
When returning items please retain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, and strongly recommend returned parcels are sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt).
If you are returning faulty items, we will refund you the price you paid for the goods, the original postage costs, and recorded delivery costs for return carriage, provided you have a receipt indicating such costs. Alternatively, please contact our customer services department on 0844 567 1000 in the event of returning faulty or damaged goods, and they will be able to arrange a pre-paid collection of the goods at your convenience. Pre-paid collection is available for a faulty return only.
We endeavour to display through our website all items featured in our current range. However, occasionally an item will be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will notify you by email or telephone when processing your order. You will be given the option of choosing an alternative product, a refund on the out of stock item, or if you wish, we can keep your order open and notify you when the item is back in stock.
PAYMENTS & TAXES
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch. All transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Our Guarantee To You
If your credit or debit card is used fraudulently to buy from our website, then we will assume liability for the first £50.00 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the remaining amount. We will do our very best to work with your credit card company in order to minimise inconvenience to you.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change without prior notification to you. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received after 2.00 pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following working day on a 2 to 4 working day delivery.
